HYQCERT Services Private Limited is committed to delivering impartial, independent, and professional food audit and certification services. Recognized by the Quality Council of India (QCI), we ensure compliance with national regulations and uphold transparency, objectivity, and trustworthiness.
Scope
This manual applies to all HYQCERT personnel, auditors, contractors, and management, covering audit and certification activities, impartiality controls, and risk management processes.
Commitment to Integrity and Professionalism
All audit decisions are based solely on evidence, compliance requirements, and professional judgment. Auditors are trained to uphold ethical standards, ensuring accuracy, credibility, and fairness in certification outcomes.
Independence from Food Establishments
HYQCERT operates as a third-party conformity assessment body, with no involvement in:
- Designing, supplying, or maintaining food establishment equipment/services
- Consultancy, advisory, or internal training to food establishments
- Any direct or indirect affiliations that may compromise impartiality
Remuneration and Decision-Making
Auditors are remunerated without linkage to audit outcomes. Audit decisions are never subcontracted and are free from financial or commercial influence.
Risk and Conflict of Interest Management
Risks to impartiality are identified, documented, and managed continuously. Conflicts of interest are strictly prohibited and monitored by the Approval Committee.
Evidence-Based Audit Approach
Audits follow a standardized, evidence-driven process, ensuring consistency, reliability, and compliance with QCI requirements.
Governance and Oversight
- An impartiality committee oversees compliance and risk management.
- Staff undergoes training on ethics and impartiality.
- Declarations of confidentiality and impartiality are mandatory.
- Internal audits and reviews are conducted periodically.
Review and Amendments
This manual will be reviewed annually or as required by regulatory changes. Updates are approved by top management and communicated to all stakeholders.
