GHP Audit

"Hygiene at the Core of Food Safety."

A GHP Audit (Good Hygiene Practices Audit) is a systematic evaluation of a food business to verify whether it is following proper hygiene standards across people, premises, processes, and products. It is conducted in line with FSSAI Schedule 4 requirements, Codex Alimentarius guidelines, and other international benchmarks. The goal is to ensure that every stage — from raw material handling to final product dispatch — is carried out in a clean, safe, and contamination-free environment.
